Our Understanding of Career
We understand a career as the development of the skills of each employee, not as a progression on a rigid career ladder. Our strategic human resources management is based on this idea of a career based on competencies. To fulfill or to promote this main idea, we have developed a competence model in which you are classed according to your level of know-how and your experience. Appropriate steps in education, training and certification are derived from there. The classification is reviewed once a year and developed in partnership with you, so that we can update your career planning and your salary model on an annual basis.

|Senior Consultant||usually > 7 years||Highly extensive technical experience (an expert among IT specialists from a technical point of view), independent technical assistance resource for colleagues, operational and organizational knowledge|
|Project Leader||usually > 5 years||Planning and management of at least one (sub-) project, independent functional leadership of employees, management of a small team, good technical experience, operational and organizational knowledge|
|Project Manager||usually > 10 years||Management of at least one large project, independent functional leadership of employees, management of teams, technical experience plus specialized knowledge, operational and organizational knowledge, complete responsibility for project planning (time, budget, manpower, etc.), budget responsibility|
