1.) Use of Google Fonts locally

We use Google Fonts from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on our website. The company Google Ireland Limited (Google Ireland Limited Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for the European area.

The Google fonts (typefaces) are located locally, i.e. on our web server (not on Google servers). There is no connection to the Google servers and therefore no data transmission or storage takes place.

2.) What are Google Fonts

Google Fonts (formerly Google Web Fonts) is an interactive directory consisting of many fonts that Google LLC provides for free use. With Google Fonts, you could use the fonts without uploading them to your own server. However, in order to comply with data protection regulations, the fonts on this website are located locally on the web server, which means that there is no data exchange with the Google systems. This ensures compliance with data protection.
